I use Windows Media Center in Vista a lot to watch TV, watch recorded TV or listen to music if i'm not at my computer. It works amazingly well with my cheap remote, and makes manipulating live TV [pausing, rewinding etc] a doddle.

Windows Media Center for Windows 7 is set to be even better, with even more features.

Gizmodo have published the top ten best features of the new version - and I have to say i'm feeling better about the whole Windows 7 thing. The name still sucks though. :P
